superMate View
Opening the rich source of information that was previously locked away in a back-end SMSF software administration system to authorised clients and advisors has become a strategic imperative in today’s internet driven economy. superMate View makes an ideal tool to use to provide trustees and advisors a simplified view of their SMSF information.
Ease of use, access to the latest information, security, availability and performance must all be considered in the implementation of a robust, cost-effective solution.
superMate View is the answer for users of superMate.
Fully integrated and built on standard software building blocks, superMate View provides access to real-time transaction information, extensive reporting, a collection of advanced calculators and a raft of other easy to use facilities.
Enhancements in client service can be provided, coupled with a reduction in client queries and a lowering of administration costs.
Trustees or Advisor Access
Secure access is provided for different classes of users with significant granularity provided to allow only those views appropriate to the individual user’s needs.
SMSF Members receive a client-centric view across their portfolio, can review current valuations and individual holdings, drill-down to obtain transaction details and perform sophisticated what-if enquiries based on their own, individual circumstances.
Advisors have access to the same information for their own SMSF clients and can use it to provide personalised client advice or to handle queries while accessing the same data. They can even perform enquiries to review which of their clients have holdings in particular assets.
Security
Protection of confidential member information was naturally a cornerstone of the development of superMate View.
superMate View protects your data through the use of authentication, data encryption, session timeouts and IP address logging.
User control over password selection and management is provided to ensure that password maintenance does not become a significant burden on the administrator. Users can change their own password and in the event that it is forgotten, they are prompted to answer a secret question which will automatically retrieve a user’s password via e-mail.
The frequency of password changes can be specified by the installation.
Reports and what-ifs
The extensive range of superMate reports can be distributed to users. They include portfolio valuations, member statements, transactions and capital gains tax reports to name just a few.
A number of calculators are also provided enabling users or advisors to evaluate options based on real, current client data. They currently include pension, benefit components and a buy-sell simulator.
