Getting Started

Getting started with superMate couldn't be simpler.

Follow our step-by-step process to sign up for a 30-day obligation free trial designed for professional SMSF service providers, and when you are ready, convert to a paid subscription.

Step 1: Sign up for our superMate trial

When you are ready to begin a trial of this innovative SMSF software, click on the link below to complete our trial application form. Once your individual superMate system has been setup, we will send you a getting started email notifying you that your trial is active and provide you with simple getting started instructions.

Step 2: Activate superMate

Your getting started email will contain the link to download and activate your superMate trial. superMate is installed via a small download from our website.  See our System Requirements page for details on minimum requirements for running superMate.

Step 3: Accessing help

Once you are up and running check out our getting started videos and comprehensive help, all accessed from within superMate.

Step 4: Convert to a paid subscription

When you are ready to start using superMate in a production environment simply log into our support website and activate your subscription. You will be up and running in minutes and the data you have already created will be moved across.  And remember you only pay for the funds you use and there are no nasty up-front fees.
